SovereignKit

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of the SovereignKit boilerplate license from sovereignkit.dev.

SovereignKit license

Purchasing SovereignKit grants a non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the boilerplate for unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the boilerplate as a template or competing product. See LICENSE in the repository for full restrictions.

Lifetime updates

Lifetime updates include security patches, dependency updates, and minor SovereignKit releases while the product is actively maintained. Major rewrites driven by breaking framework changes may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. You retain perpetual use of any version you received.

Refund policy

License sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests follow Lemon Squeezy buyer policies and are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase if you have not received repository access.

Support

License support covers access issues and documented setup problems. SovereignKit does not operate your production SaaS after you fork the template.

Disclaimer

The boilerplate is provided as-is. You are responsible for configuring hosting, billing, email, and legal pages for your own product.

Your SaaS (after fork)

After forking, you provide your own software service subject to terms you publish. End users must accept your terms to create an account in your deployment. Demo subscription tiers on /pricing illustrate Stripe billing in the template and are not SovereignKit license purchases.

Billing (your SaaS)

Paid plans on your fork are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the customer portal.
